Hailing from Ybor City and now thriving in Winter Park, Florida, Karol’s career is built on a foundation of creative financing, specializing in jumbo loans, construction lending, and innovative strategies to help customers build their dream homes throughout Florida. 

Before joining real estate, Karol excelled in residential lending and retail banking — serving as a branch manager and a key member of the branch leadership academy — where she honed her communication, analytical, and customer service skills. Her extensive knowledge of mortgage products and the lending landscape, combined with her expertise in credit building, has empowered countless customers to achieve their financial and homeownership goals.

Guided by her mission that “Luxury isn’t a price point; it is an experience,” Karol stands out with her consistent commitment, purposeful approach, and heart for helping others. When she’s not assisting buyers and sellers, she is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys musical theatre, biking, cooking, traveling, and nurturing her passion for gardening, especially tending to orchids. 

Karol attended the University of Tampa. Her diverse background also includes teaching ballet and musical theatre, as well as working as a professional choreographer. Above all, Karol’s greatest accomplishment is living a faith-based life that has enriched her journey as a dedicated parent and trusted advisor.
