About Rick Wassel

Rick brings more than 27 years of executive experience in strategy, innovation, business development, operations, and new ventures within regulated industries. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has served 12 years on private company and venture organization boards, holding leadership roles as Chair and Vice Chair on Audit, Nominating & Governance, and Compensation Committees.

He has led the development, launch, and management of new corporate ventures and international partnerships, with consulting experience spanning Dublin, Berlin, Milan, Seoul, Tel Aviv, and Riyadh. Rick was also appointed by the Governor to serve on the State of Florida’s private investment board. A Certified Director and Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors, he brings deep governance expertise to his work.

Today, Rick serves as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty, where he specializes in U.S. and international corporate relocation services for clinicians and corporate executives.
